The A2 Difference
Milky Way Farm Grade A milk only comes from all A2-tested, humanely raised, grass-fed Jersey cows on pasture. Because our milk is all A2, it is easier to digest, particularly for those who believe that they may be lactose-intolerant, and retains all the milk’s natural nutrients, fat, vitamins, proteins and purity. Our Raw Products
All A2 Raw Milk
This original is as natural as milk comes and is the foundation of all our products. Our Raw milk is simply filtered, cooled, and bottled. Our All A2 Jersey cow milk is creamy, rich in flavor, and packed with nutrients. Our cream will always rise to the top, so be sure to shake our milk prior to pouring a glass.
Raw Whole Cultured Buttermilk
Old fashion raw whole cultured buttermilk! It’s simple, but today it’s rare. Culinary artist love to use whole buttermilk to batter chicken, make pot pie, pancakes, cornbread or bake mouthwatering biscuits. The secret is the rich full tangy flavor. Don’t take our word for it. Use it to make a cake of cornbread and then pour some buttermilk over a hot slice. Better yet- make a pan of biscuits and pour some honey over a hot one!
Cream is a highly valuable and sought after component in milk. In fact, aside from raw milk it is likely the most asked about product.
Our raw cream is bottled using surplus milk; therefore, availability will be variable. Using our All A2 All Jersey Raw Milk, we take the cream skimmed from our surplus milk and bottle it up for your next cup of coffee or your favorite dessert recipe!
